Das ist relativ einfach. Leistungspsychologie ist die systematische Anwendung von\u00a0psychologischen Prinzipien und Techniken auf Leistung. Dies kann besonders f\u00fcr Leistung\u00a0unter\u00a0Zeitdruck oder mit bestimmten Erwartungen relevant sein.\u00a0\u00a0Leistungspsychologie umfasst Sport- sowie Arbeit- und Organisationspsychologie. In der Leistungspsychologie geht es nicht darum noch mehr Druck aufzubauen und um jeden Preis besser zu werden. Es geht darum, mehr Bewusstsein zu schaffen. Viele f\u00fchlen sich dadurch \u2013 verst\u00e4ndlicherweise \u2013 unter Druck gesetzt. Sie verkrampfen und verbeissen sich in Ziele, die sie so nicht erreichen k\u00f6nnen. Anderen geht es leichter von der Hand, weil sie sich nicht unter Druck setzen lassen. Sie folgen ihrer inneren Stimme und Leidenschaft.
