This Seminar is intended for Team-Leaders with a focus on mental health and stress. The goal of the seminar is to provide an understanding for negative stress, an ability to identify common symptoms for stress and to intervene appropriately. On the one hand this applies to personal stress, but also to stress within teams and individual team members.

Contents of the seminar:

  • What is stress? How does it develop? What is burn-out?
  • Identifying and understanding warning signals
  • What is the role of the team lead?
  • Work related aspects that contribute to or alleviate stress
  • How to deal with specific cases

Format, duration, location:

The seminar is a one- or two-day seminar (7-8 hours total).

The group should be at least 8 people, maximum 15 to ensure a productive exchange.

The seminar can be conducted in the offices of the company, in external spaces or online.
